A Hackney Downs property required a rear extension to create a contemporary kitchen-living space for a young family.
Approach
We created a single-storey rear extension with large sliding doors, a roof lantern, and an open layout linking kitchen and living spaces. The extension was designed under permitted development rules while maintaining light access for neighbours.
Outcome
