Project Summary
A compact Islington terrace house required a side return extension to expand the kitchen and create a flexible dining space.
Approach
We designed a single-storey side return with a glazed roof and floor-to-ceiling windows. The kitchen was rearranged to open directly onto the garden, improving circulation and usability while maximising daylight penetration.
Outcome
The house now enjoys a generous, modern kitchen with effortless indoor-outdoor connectivity.
