Project Summary
A Peckham home required a ground-floor extension to accommodate a growing family and improve internal flow.
Approach
We introduced a rear extension with large sliding doors, roof lanterns, and an open-plan layout connecting kitchen, dining, and living areas. Interiors were finished with neutral materials and integrated storage, designed under permitted development rights with careful attention to neighbours' daylight and privacy.
Outcome
A functional, modern, and light-filled ground-floor space that meets the needs of a growing family while enhancing daily life.
