Project Summary
A Victorian family home in Walthamstow required a rear extension to create a bright, modern kitchen while respecting the property's period character.
Approach
We extended the rear of the property with a lightweight structure featuring large sliding doors to the garden. Internally, an open-plan layout connected the kitchen, dining, and living zones seamlessly, with period-sensitive detailing matching existing brickwork and window proportions.
Outcome
The home now features a bright, airy kitchen that feels spacious and inviting, blending modern practicality with Victorian charm.
